The T2 Fire & TECS team was delighted to receive its QSF (Quality Standards Framework) Award for TEC Quality at the recent annual TSA (TECS Services Association) ITEC conference.

The QSF: Elevating standards and driving continuous improvement in Technology Enabled Care (TEC) is a set of outcome-based standards that supports organisations providing TEC products and services, based on the principles of Quality, Safety, Innovation and Continuous Improvement. All organisations are reviewed against 10 Standards modules based on ethics and outcomes for the service user.

T2 Fire & TECS is delighted to have proven its ability to meet/exceed the rigorous standards required to achieve QSF accreditation, giving its customers the reassurance that its work can be relied upon as compliant, safe and centred on the needs of the people using its solutions and services. The QSF is the only UKAS accredited scheme for technology enabled care in the UK, meaning customers can be confident that organisations holding the standard are experts in delivering specialist technology to enhance the lives of people with care needs.

This latest certification is just one of many accreditations held by T2 Fire & TECS, including ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, BAFE SP203-1 Accreditation, CHAS, FIA Membership, SafeContractor and Constructionline Gold.
